Gold Sponsor

  • All of EYCC’s costs associated with concert production: venue rental fees, printed programs or promotional materials, additional musicians, event recording, videography, or photography.

  • Recognition on posters & social media marketing the sponsored concert.

    Recognition on our website for the current season.

    A full-page ad in the program for the sponsored concert.

    A quarter-page ad in the programs for the other concerts in the season.

    Corporate signage, if desired, on site during the concert.

    8 complimentary tickets to the sponsored concert

    Recognition by the board chair at the concert in pre-concert introductory remarks.

    Plus! A performance, if desired, at an event such as a company holiday party, during the current or next choir season.

  • $3000

    Note: Sponsorship qualifies as an advertising expense for tax purposes.

  • $2000 – $3000

    4 complimentary tickets to the sponsored concert

    Recognition by the board chair at the concert in pre-concert introductory remarks.

  • $1000 – $2000

    Note: Sponsorship qualifies as an advertising expense for tax purposes.

 FAQs

  • Sponsorship does not qualify for a tax receipt, since it is a promotional opportunity for your business. However, it does qualify as an advertising expense for tax purposes.

    If you would prefer to make a donation, then a tax receipt will be issued. Donors will receive a thank you in our program, but will not be given an ad space or promoted across our print & social media materials.

  • Your concert sponsorship donation goes towards event production costs such as venue & equipment rentals, recording equipment, and hiring additional musicians.

  • Corporate concert sponsors will be featured in our printed and social media advertising materials, in printed concert programs, and during the concert announcements at the event itself.

  • Yes! EYCC gratefully accept all gifts & donations to our programs. Please get in touch with us to make an individual donation.
