Natassja is a passionate choral conductor, singer, and music educator. Prior to arriving in Edmonton in the fall of 2021, Natassja was in Vancouver, working for ten years as Director of Performing Arts at Mulgrave, the International School of Vancouver. At Mulgrave, Natassja led a team of ten arts teachers and support staff from PK-12. She also taught music and directed several choirs and vocal jazz ensembles for students in grades 7-12. 

Natassja spent the 2021-22 school year teaching K-9 music with Edmonton Catholic Schools. Natassja is currently the director of the Edmonton chapter of the Canadian Military Wives Choir. 

Natassja has also sung in many notable choirs including Vancouver’s Phoenix Chamber Choir and Edmonton’s Chronos Vocal Ensemble. Natassja believes that the community, connection, and joy of singing with others are among the best things in life.
