Dedicated to the performance of MUSIC from a variety of cultures and genres

BGC is our middle, treble-choir with a proud performance tradition, winning recognition and awards in Alberta, B.C., Saskatchewan, as well as nationally. EGC has performed with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, Richard Eaton Singers, Da Camera Singers, Alberta Baroque, Alberta Ballet, Edmonton Opera and Opera Nuova. This choir rehearses two hours per week, continuing to develop the vocal instrument while exploring challenging three and four-part treble music. BGC also introduces the choristers to the touring experience, having toured throughout Canada, including trips to Ontario, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador, British Columbia, and of course, all around Alberta.

In 2010 our Boys' & Girls' Choir were Second Prize winners in the National CBC Radio Choral Competition. This was a well-deserved acknowledgement of the quality of work this choir does on a regular basis. Well done!
